PC SUPPORT DOCTOR – LIABILITY WAIVER & SERVICE AGREEMENT

 


1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

PC Support Doctor provides onsite and remote computer support, repair, and consultation services. This may include diagnostics, hardware/software installation, virus/malware removal, data recovery, system optimization, and general troubleshooting.

2. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

While every effort is made to protect client data and equipment, PC Support Doctor cannot be held responsible for:

  • Loss of data, files, programs, or settings during service
  • Hardware or software failure occurring during or after service
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service
  • Issues caused by pre‑existing conditions, defects, or prior work performed by others

Clients are strongly encouraged to back up all important data before service begins.

3. AUTHORIZATION

By clicking PURCHASE below, the client authorizes PC Support Doctor to perform the requested services on their equipment.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY

PC Support Doctor provides a limited 7‑day service warranty covering only the specific work performed. This warranty does not cover:

  • New issues unrelated to the original service
  • Hardware failure
  • User modifications after service
  • Malware infections occurring after service
